At Cedar Creek Wellness, we combine the evidence based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and the 8 limbs of Yoga to provide individualized therapy focused towards healing past traumas to start living a more peaceful and fulfilling life. Cedar Creek Wellness offers individual counseling, group and private yoga classes, workshops, and clinical supervision for new therapists.
Please Note: As of July 2023, Valerie is not accepting new clients for therapy. Social Workers seeking supervision or single case consultation can be considered depending on scheduling availability.
